My role as a coach is to take you from where you are right now, to where you want to be in the future.
That could be completing your first marathon, getting on the podium of your local road race or smashing your 5K PB.

Why me?
I’ve been there and done it, from the highs of winning national championships, representing my country and running 13.58 for 5K to the lows of underperformance and injury.
Whether you’re taking your first steps as a beginner or you’re an experienced athlete, I’ve been on the same journey. I’ve experienced the same struggles. I know the answers to your questions because I had to find the answers myself.

The process
Step 1: Discovery Call
Enables me to gain an insight into your current fitness, training history and lifestyle, allowing me to understand you and what you want to achieve.
Step 2: The ‘Blueprint’
Obtain a clear plan of action on how you can achieve your goal. I will identify the steps that you need to take to achieve success. This could be working on your speed and adding strength training to your weekly routine or targeting shorter race distances in your build up to a marathon.

Step 3: Start Training
I will design a structured training program that accounts for your specific needs, and includes a variety of workouts such as easy paced runs, intervals, threshold running and hills. You will receive clear instructions on the pace and distance you should run.
Delivered via Final Surge you will be able to sync workouts to your Garmin or Apple watch and easily track progress.
Step 4: Ongoing Support
I will monitor your progress to ensure that you are on track to meet your goal, providing advice and strategies to help with training.
Regular phone check-ins will allow me to provide feedback and answer any questions
Step 5: Perform
You’ve completed the training, now it’s time to get the PB or finish the race you’ve always dreamed of!
